The late kick off in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Saturday, is Crystal Palace vs Liverpool at Selhurst Park. If recent past games between these two Premier League clubs is anything to go by then it looks as if this will be a cracker.
Since the appointment of Alan Pardew as manager Palace have been in high spirits and Palace fans will be expecting them to really give things a really good go against Liverpool.
Liverpool’s form has been excellent of late especially away from home. They have won six and drawn two of their last eight games away from Anfield, which includes FA Cup wins over AFC Wimbledon and Bolton.
Palace are 14/5 to upset the odds, with the draw at 13/5 and Liverpool at 21/20.
Scott Dann could be back for Palace this weekend provided he can pass a late fitness test. Mile Jedinak will not be back until next week at the earliest however as he is still trying to recover from an ankle injury.
Liverpool could be missing a few key players – Lucas Leiva is currently unavailable for Liverpool and Steven Gerrard could also miss this game after picking up a hamstring injury against Tottenham. Raheem Sterling is still struggling to shake off a foot injury and could miss out again after missing the game against Tottenham.
The last three games between Crystal Palace vs Liverpool in London have seen quite a few goals so look for the over 2.5 goals in this one.
