Manchester United head to London on Saturday for the evening kick off to face an Arsenal side looking to bounce back from their embarrassing self-destructing games against both Anderlecht and Swansea City before the international break.
Arsenal were 3-0 up until the 61st minute when they somehow managed to concede 2 goals to draw 3-3 at home to Anderlecht. Days later they went to Swansea, went 1-0 up and managed to lose 2-1 with goals coming in the 75th and 78th minutes. The international break came at the perfect time for Arsenal giving them a chance to regroup before Manchester United come to town. The gunners will have an eye on Wednesday’s important game against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League. A point will confirm qualification to the knock out stages.
Arsenal have only 5 players out injured and with Danny Welbeck expected to recover for Saturday to face his old club it could be only four. Both teams to score, Man Utd to score the last goal and a goal after the 75th minute all look like good bets to make some money.
Manchester United on the other hand go to the capital after a good result against Chelsea, an unlucky defeat against Man City and a win at home to Crystal Palace. Things seem to be looking up for United but a good performance and a win is key here for United. But with an astonishing 12 injuries United will be struggling for numbers especially in defence. Shaw, Jones, Rafael and Evans are all doubtful for the game with Rojo still recovering from his shoulder injury. Captain Wayne Rooney is back for the red devils and will be hoping to continue his good form for England during the international break for United.
